Built and run in Singapore

Hire your first AI worker this week.

appsg.ai is the private AI workforce and automation platform for Singapore businesses. Give a worker a job title and your own documents, put it on WhatsApp, email and web chat, and it answers with sources. It can take the order and send the payment link too. Put it on a schedule or a trigger and it starts the work itself. Anything sensitive waits for your sign-off.

Private means what it says: what you upload answers your questions and nothing else, and none of it is ever used to train an AI model.

From S$289 a month, inclusive of 9% GST. 7 days free, no setup fee. Cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.

The work nobody was hired to do

Three jobs your team is doing that no one applied for.

In most Singapore SMEs the same three leaks show up. None of them need another headcount requisition to fix.

Answering the same forty questions

Lead times, prices, opening hours, warranty terms. Answers that already exist in a document somebody has to find and retype, dozens of times a week.

Covering the eleven o'clock shift

Your customers message when they are free, not when you are open. By morning the faster supplier has already replied and the job is gone.

Chasing the follow-ups

A quote sent on Monday, no chase on Thursday. The pipeline does not leak at the pitch, it leaks in the silence afterwards.

How you hire one

The same four things you would do for a new joiner.

No integration project and no data science team. Four steps, all done from a browser, all reversible.

Write the job description

Start from a ready-written role, then set the job title, the tone, and the things this worker must never do. It reads like a brief because that is what it is.

Train it on what you know

Upload PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and decks, or point it at pages on your website. It answers from those and shows the source on every reply.

Hand over the logins

Grant the channels and systems this role needs: the mailbox, the WhatsApp number, the website chat, the calendar, your customer list. Nothing else is reachable.

Set what needs sign-off

Decide which actions cannot happen without a person pressing send. Quotes, campaigns, public posts, anything touching money. Everything else it just gets on with.

Rather not do it alone? Every plan includes a complimentary session with our team, about 60 minutes, walking you through all four steps on your own workspace. You can book it during the free trial. Read the onboarding guide

The roles you can hire

15 jobs, already written.

Each role arrives with its brief, its tone and its refusals in place. Take one as it is, adjust it, or write your own from a blank job description.

On the job

It answers from your documents, and stops at the line you drew.

This is a front desk worker on a WhatsApp Business number. It answered from the price list and the installation procedure, and it showed which ones. Then it drafted a quote, which is on the sign-off list, so it is waiting rather than sending.

That pause is the difference between a worker and a chatbot. You decide where it goes.

Orders and payment

Close the sale inside WhatsApp.

Add your products, or upload your price list spreadsheet. The worker checks what is in stock, takes the order, reads it back for the customer to confirm, and sends a payment link. Your customer pays by PayNow to your own UEN or mobile, by card on your own payment account, or through the payment page you already use.

The money goes straight to you. No marketplace commission and no separate shop to run. When the payment lands, the order marks itself paid and the customer is told.

Start your AI workforce

Only your listed prices

A worker quotes what is on your product list and nothing else. It cannot invent a discount.

Paid orders stay put

A worker can never cancel an order that has been paid, or mark one delivered. Those stay with your team.

You approve what matters

Choose to check an order, a change or a payment request before it goes to the customer. You also set the most a worker can ask a customer to pay.

"Where is my order?" answered safely

A customer only ever hears about orders placed from their own phone number or email address.

Goals, not scripts

Tell them what you want done, not what to say.

Most of what a small business loses is not a missed reply. It is the money nobody chased, the empty slot nobody filled, the customer nobody called back. Give your workforce the goal instead of the message: collect what is outstanding, fill this week's slots, chase the overdue invoices.

They plan the follow-ups, write in your voice, and keep going until the result is real. A payment counts when it lands, not when a reminder is sent. Anything they cannot close comes back to you with the reason.

Start your AI workforce On Business and Enterprise.

M Collect outstanding paymentsStarted Monday 9am, 12 customers
Day 1Polite reminder sent to 12 customers, each with their own amount and a payment link.
Day 3Second follow-up to the 6 who have not paid. Two said they would pay this week, noted.
One customer asked for a payment arrangement. Passed to you, with their history.
Result 7 paid, S$2,340 collected. 1 waiting on your decision, 4 still open. Nobody was messaged more than twice, and nobody outside your contact hours.
It checks the real outcome

A payment counts when the money arrives and a slot counts when it is booked. Not when a message was sent.

You set the limits

How many times one customer may be contacted, and the hours when nobody is messaged at all. Anyone on your do-not-contact list is never approached.

It suggests the next one

It reads your own records and offers the obvious job: "1 payment link unpaid, S$860 outstanding". One click starts it.

It knows when to stop

Anything needing a human decision, like a discount or a payment arrangement, comes to you with the full history instead of being promised.

Selling to other businesses

A trade counter that runs on WhatsApp.

If your customers are other businesses, they order on credit, at their own prices, and they want the paperwork. Your workers handle all three, in the chat where the order is placed.

It knows who is calling

A regular trade customer is recognised by their number or email, and gets their own agreed prices and minimum quantities, without anyone looking up a spreadsheet.

Orders on account

Payment terms of 7, 14 or 30 days and a credit limit per customer. Your worker knows where an account stands before it takes the next order.

The paperwork, issued in the chat

Numbered quotations, order confirmations, tax invoices, delivery orders and statements of account, each as a printable link the customer can open.

Statements go out by themselves

Every month, each account's statement reaches the right finance contact, without anyone remembering to send it.

The usual order places itself

"The usual 40 loaves every Monday" repeats on its own, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Stock, prices and credit are checked every time, and a problem pauses it and tells you.

Dealers and territories

If you sell through partners, "who serves Jurong?" is answered in the chat, and the lead goes to that partner with the credit recorded.

Start your AI workforce On Business and Enterprise.

Where they work

Put them where your customers already message you.

One inbox behind all of it. Your team sees every thread, takes over mid-conversation whenever they want, and the worker picks up again after.

Start your AI workforce

WhatsApp

Your own business number, or the platform gateway. Replies, media and broadcasts to your consented list. No number to hand? Add a ready-made line from your own workspace for S$49 a month, on any plan.

Email

Connect Gmail or any IMAP and SMTP mailbox. The worker reads the thread, drafts or replies, and keeps the history.

Website chat

One line of script puts a worker on your site, styled to your brand, capturing the lead as it answers.

Telegram

For teams and communities that run on Telegram rather than email.

API, webhooks and triggers

Call your own systems, fire on an event, or let another system talk to your workers directly.

Better every week

A workforce that gets better, and proves it.

A chatbot is as good on day ninety as it was on day one. These workers remember your customers, learn from your team, and are tested every night.

Your customers are never strangers twice

When a customer comes back, the worker already knows their booking, their open quote, their last conversation and what they told you before. Nobody has to repeat themselves.

Tested every night

Each night the worker is asked your standard questions again, against your knowledge base as it stands that day. Every answer is marked pass or fail, and you are warned about a broken answer before a customer sees it.

Learns from your team, never from customers

When your staff correct a reply or answer what the worker could not, it keeps the lesson. A customer can never teach it anything. Each lesson is tracked by how often it is used and how it turned out, and weak training is flagged.

Replies in your customer's language

English, Chinese, Malay or Tamil, whichever your customer writes in. Your product names, prices and reference numbers are never translated, and you can switch it off for any worker.

Tuned to your trade from day one

Pick your business type once and every worker knows what your customers ask and the lines your trade must not cross. A clinic worker never gives medical advice. An F&B worker never guesses about allergens.

A brief every morning, results every Monday

If you want one, an 8am brief with yesterday's numbers, today's bookings, pending quotes and open threads. Every Monday, an email with what the workforce got done: conversations handled, orders taken, bookings, leads and staff hours saved, worker by worker.

Hard questions get a second look

Before a difficult reply goes out, the worker re-checks its own draft. It either improves the answer or hands the conversation to a person, with a note saying why.

See what your trade gets

What else they can run

The rest of the back office, on the same payroll.

Switch on what you need as you grow. Which of these you get depends on your plan, and you can move up any time.

Take orders and get paid

Customers order in the chat and pay you by PayNow. Your staff can also send a customer a link to pay any amount you agreed.

Follow up leads and quotes

Leads, quotes and follow-ups tracked in one place, with a worker chasing the ones your team has not got to.

Bookings and appointments

Workers check when you are free, book the slot and send the calendar invite, which also shows up in your own calendar.

Loyalty points for regulars

A point for every dollar paid, if you want it. Your workers greet regulars knowing their balance, and rewarding them stays a human decision.

All your chats in one inbox

Every thread from every channel in one place. Your team takes over mid-conversation, and the worker picks up again after.

Email and WhatsApp promotions

Send promotions to customers who agreed to receive them, with unsubscribe handled for you.

Social media

Schedule posts across your accounts and let a worker draft the replies to comments for sign-off.

Approve before it goes out

Everything a worker is holding for a person to approve, in one queue, with who decided and when.

HR Onboarding Studio

Human onboarding

Your new hire's first week, without your HR manager repeating it.

Most of an induction is identical every single time: the safety brief, the systems, the leave policy, who to ask about what. Your HR or onboarding manager delivers it again for every joiner, and the quality drifts with how busy that week is.

The HR Onboarding Studio automates it. It turns the induction material you already have into presenter-led video modules, gives each joiner a private link, and puts an AI worker beside the video to answer the questions they would otherwise queue up to ask.

Where do I find the claim form for transport? Nadia, HR worker It is in the staff handbook, section 6. Here is the direct link, and claims close on the 25th of each month.

Your material, turned into modules

Paste the induction deck or point at the documents. It comes back as modules with narration, the takeaways for each one, and a quiz written from the content.

Fronted by a real face

Create a presenter from a photo of an actual manager, with the consent attestation recorded, so the induction is delivered by someone the joiner will meet in the corridor.

A quiz, so completion means something

Multiple choice after each module. You get evidence the person understood the safety brief, not just a tick saying the video was open in a tab.

An AI worker on standby

Grounded in your handbook, answering only from what you have actually written. On the joiner's link it can read and answer, nothing else, so it can never act or spend on their behalf.

You can see who is stuck

Invited, started, completed, last seen, and the due date, per person. The chase becomes a glance instead of a spreadsheet and a reminder email.

Assign it to a team, not a list

Point a programme at a team and everyone in it is enrolled, including the people who join next month. Nobody has to remember to add the new starter.

That is a real module, rendered by the studio from a page of induction notes. Nobody filmed anything.

Onboarding is the cheapest retention you will ever buy. A joiner who knows how things work in week one is a joiner who is still there in month six. Included on Enterprise. Video renders draw from your plan's own allowance and are approved before anything is spent.

The payroll comparison

What the repeatable half of the inbox costs you in wages.

Move the sliders to your own numbers, including what the person answering actually costs you. The estimate counts only the repeatable share and subtracts the plan price before it shows you anything.

Assumes 22 working days a month and that an AI worker takes over 60 percent of routine enquiries. Your own result depends on how much of your knowledge is written down. The hourly figure is yours, so nothing here rests on an industry average we made up.

How you supervise it

Nobody goes straight to autonomous.

A worker that can send, quote, post and book is only useful if you can prove what it did and stop what it should not do. Every worker moves through three states, and you decide when it is promoted.

1 In training Drafted, learning your documents, answering only to you.
2 Supervised Live on your channels, with named actions held for a human to sign off.
3 Autonomous Trusted to act inside the rules you set, with everything still on the audit trail.
Your data is never training data

Under the API terms we access them on, nothing you send is used to train the providers' models. It is in the DPA, not a policy page.

Questions

What people ask before they hire one.

How long before a worker is actually doing something?

The same afternoon. Upload one price list or FAQ document, pick a role, and it answers from that document within minutes. The trial is 7 days, which is deliberately longer than you need.

Do I have to let it loose on customers straight away?

No. Every worker starts in training, answering only to you. You promote it to supervised when you are ready, which puts it on your channels with named actions held for a human to sign off. Autonomous is a decision you make later, or never.

What stops it from making something up?

It answers from your documents first and shows which one it used. When the answer is not there it says so and hands over rather than guessing. You can also require sign-off on anything that quotes, sends, books or posts.

Where does our data go?

Your documents and conversations stay in your own workspace. AI processing runs through vetted sub-processors covered by our data processing addendum, on terms that forbid training on your content. The full list is in the DPA.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

Yes, and that is where most of our customers put their first worker. WhatsApp, email and website chat land in one inbox, and your team can take over any conversation mid-thread.

Can it take orders and payment inside the chat?

Yes. Add your products, or upload your price list spreadsheet, and the worker checks stock, takes and amends the order, confirms it and sends a payment link. Your customer pays you directly by PayNow to your own UEN or mobile, by card on your own payment account, or through the payment page you already use. We never hold the money and take no commission on the sale.

Can it chase things on its own, or does it only reply?

Both. Besides answering, you can give the workforce a goal: collect the payments still outstanding, fill this week's empty slots, chase overdue invoices. It plans the follow-ups, writes in your voice, stops when the payment actually lands, and reports what it got done. You set how often anyone may be contacted and the hours it may not message at all.

Which languages does it reply in?

English, Chinese, Malay or Tamil, whichever your customer writes in. Your product names, prices and reference numbers are never translated. You can also turn this off for any worker.

Can we take our data with us if we leave?

Yes, and you do not need to ask us. A company admin can download a full copy of the workspace at any time: conversations, contacts, knowledge, orders and billing. Customer lists, bookings and orders open straight in Excel. Your data is yours to take.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Cancel any time before it ends and you pay nothing. If you continue, we bill the plan you picked and issue a GST invoice automatically.

Can we change the headcount later?

Yes. Move up or down at any time. Your AI workers, staff logins and features change straight away, and billing is adjusted from the change.

Put one worker on one channel this week.

Upload a single document, connect one inbox, and read what it answers. That is the whole trial.
