Limits are per workspace per month. Conversation counts assume three replies each on WhatsApp, the most expensive channel, so they are a floor rather than a promise. Working capacity is metered in credits, the platform's single unit of work: every AI reply, generated image, video second and message send draws from the same monthly allowance, and the console shows what each one costs.
